After 10 years TNA talent still have an inferiority complex. If you don't think that you work for the BEST COMPANY EVER then nobody else will! As a performer you hav to act and project that where you work is the pinnacle of competition! If not then the whole place just seems second rate.
When you're good at improv, even when you're going to deliver somebody else's line that they've written, you've got to nail it. And sometimes it's not going to be as good as you think, and you have to not worry about hurting each other's feelings. All that matters is the product itself. All that matters is the show.
In Hollywood, there really is a stigma against wrestling. I think that's why people think wrestlers are Neanderthals who can't string two words together.
X-Pac, I always thought you were a greasy haired, cheesey bandana wearing asshole that wore green and black tights. I now think you are a greasy haired, cheesey bandana wearing asshole that wears purple and black tights.
Whenever you get a bunch of guys that are funny or think they're funny, when you first meet, there's always a lot of bits and it's never, ever, ever funny. So basically you have to get through the awkwardness.
Undisputed ends when I return to the WWE in 2007. There is already 3 ½ years of material including the 3 best years of my career. Undisputed is going to do even better than A Lion's Tale, there is no reason to not do #3. The material I have for #3 is just as good as the first 2. I still have a few years to go before I write but I would definitely like to write another one. But it is not about the numbers, it is about the quality. If I don't think it would be as good, I won't do it
I think a Chris Jericho triple DVD set is a great present. I don't what my kids are complaining about....
I started playing music when I was 12 years old.
Things are busy, ... When you get the title of world heavyweight champion, not only does WWE expect you to put the title on the line every night and perform at the top of your game, they expect you to be the flagship of the company, do interviews, be everywhere at once and spread the good word of the company. A lot of people don't understand that.
No, they really don't have much to do with Fozzy. I didn't want it be a WWE project, it's a Chris Jericho project and I've done it all on my own the whole time. It's more of a good faith thing that they help me promote the shows that I have scheduled.
Somebody actually tattooed my face on his arm. In a couple years, that will be the equivalent of having a Screech tattoo.
I don't really play a lot of games.
I don't think I'd ever be able to give up the spotlight.
I would have to say that Canada definitely produces the best wrestlers; I don't know why. I think Canada is a big wrestling country, and there are a lot of guys who are interested in wrestling in Canada.
