The state isn't done deciding how much they'll give us per child ... It could be between zero dollars to $140.

Last year there were eight versions of the budget (the ninth version was passed by the board of education) ... This is version four. We'll probably do four or more of these (budgets) until it's adopted in September.
numbers opposition
The opposition said we underestimated the number. ... We were right on. ... If we would have used their numbers we would have been overstated.
approved capture education legal march maximize money next rate since state tax voters
We're amending the tax levy for 2005 to capture the education rate money that's legal since it was approved (by voters on March 21) and modify next year's levy so we maximize state aid.
greatly money obviously
Any money they put into it would be greatly appreciated. Obviously we're appreciative.
afraid june last late year
Last year (Kane County) thought they may be late with the distribution of revenues. So we were very afraid that we'd have to go through the first part of June without any revenues.
