additional camps chance coaches college finally hit input technique telling
He went to some camps and got some additional technique this summer, and he's really started to blossom. I think it finally hit him what we had been telling him. He got some input from college coaches that he has a chance to be really special.
defense good help impact team win
I've never had a varsity touchdown before and to come out and get two on defense is big. It's good to know you can help the team win without having a big impact on offense.

We knew a game was going to come down to a pitch pass sometime. Paul and I would go out in the street in front of my house and practice it. Someone pitches him the ball and Paul bombs it to me.

The defense was really playing good football. They are swarming to the ball and improving each week.

He's supposed to be in a 5-2. Then we yelled 4-3 at the last second. Then he jumps back and plays a middle linebacker.

He potentially could be as good of an athlete as has ever played sports in this town. And we've had some super kids.

I'm not saying we wore anybody down, but I know we're in pretty good shape. And I thought we started to control the line of scrimmage late third quarter and especially the fourth quarter.
