They were strutting a bit and laughing and flexing their muscles. We saw it, remembered it, put it in the back of our heads. We just wanted to come out and make a statement. But that's a very good team. A very disciplined team. A very, very well-coached team. It's a team we could see again at the conference tournament.

One thing about conference is, the games are going to be close. A lot of games will be won down the stretch. .Ê.Ê. Colorado State is one of the best teams in the league. We need to be ready right away. I still think we are capable of doing what everybody expected us to do when we have a full roster. I still think we can prove the (media poll) right. But nothing is going to be given to us.
