Anytime Ozark and Farmington get together it's going to be a battle and it was tonight. I thought we had some great shots early but they didn't fall and it didn't look like we were going to get anything going. But we had a nice run in the third and were able to hang on. We're lucky to get out of here with a win.
best girls great grove hole literally played second taken took
Prairie Grove literally took us to the hole with penetration the second quarter. I thought they played great the first half. But I told our girls that we had taken their best punch.
achieved certainly game group played seniors successful year
Our seniors have made it to this game every year, if not farther. This has been a successful group and I'm certainly disappointed for them that we didn't win, because we played so hard, but I could never be disappointed in this group. They've achieved so much this year and have done so much as a group, they'll always be special.

We're different than we were earlier in the year. We relied on Lauren and Julie for practically all of our scoring. The other kids are starting to help us in the scoring column. With the other kids producing, it makes us tougher to defend as a group.

I was pleased with the kids' effort and we ended 2005 on a good note.

Mentally and physically we just were not into the game. We came out flat and I think we're a lot better than we showed. We played some great games this week but for whatever reason we didn't come to play tonight.

This was a big game for us. This clinches the conference championship and allows us to be the No. 1 seed at the district tournament. There was a lot riding on this game and I thought our kids responded well.

We wanted this game to be an up-and-down game. We felt like we were a little faster than West Fork overall, and they certainly have a size advantage over us.

When it came time for our kids to play to win, we came through and did a good job. We've won a lot of games at the line and we feel that's one of our strengths. When we can get the lead and put it in deep freeze late, we feel good about our chances.

We didn't shoot the ball well from the field or the free throw line either one. Shiloh deserves a lot of credit they outplayed us.
flow foul help problems wrong
A lot of things went wrong for us tonight. We were never really able to get into the flow offensively, Shiloh probably had something to do with that and the foul problems didn't help our cause.
certainly deserving good kids played ranked second state
They're ranked No. 2 in the state in all classifications, and they're certainly deserving of that, if not a little higher. They were very, very good today. Our kids played as well as we could have in the first half. We were right where I thought we wanted to be and then in the second half, we couldn't get anything going.
conference easy fewer spot trip trips until winning
That No. 1 spot is big right now. It's not an easy trip down to Booneville, and winning the conference will give us a bye until the semifinals. The fewer trips we have to make to Booneville, the better.
