confident decision jobs stay though war
Even though a decision has been made, the war is not over. Some of those jobs we are confident will stay here.
best gave job needed owe
What I need to do and what I owe the world is my very best because it gave me the very best it had when I really needed it. And it's my job to give back the very best that I've got.
building closed entrances hectic last learn less parts routines smoothly year
It went more smoothly than it did last year. We had a year to learn the routines of the building, the entrances and exits. It was less hectic than last year because parts of the building had been closed off last year.
associated bandwagon baseball grew hours kid people root team winner within yankee
as if they're better people because they root for a baseball team only because A) they grew up within two hours of Yankee Stadium, B) they jumped on the bandwagon as a kid because they wanted to be associated with a winner or C) they have no soul.

almost anyone carter caused imagine joe last love online people sign syndrome tour tunnel worry
If you had told me in 1997 that even 5 people would be waiting online for me to sign my new book in 2009, I would have jumped around like Joe Carter in the 1993 World Series. I love it. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't like it. The only thing I worry about is carpal tunnel syndrome - my last tour almost caused it.
absolutely biography next ridiculous shop topic
I want the 'Book of Basketball' to do well if only so I can shop an absolutely ridiculous topic for my next book: like, a book about basketball cards, or an unauthorized biography of A. J. Daulerio.
blew brothers ceremony days decided emotional five happened hours ok sacred saturday
Five days after the Tsarnaev brothers blew up Boston's most sacred event, and just 24 hours after one brother was killed and the other was caught, everyone decided that it was OK to play baseball at Fenway again. The game happened on a Saturday afternoon, preceded by an emotional ceremony and many prayers.
account columns deleted dvd post realized scenes signing stuff tour twitter updates
I started my Twitter account for selfish reasons: I wanted to have a place to post updates on my book signing tour and stuff like that. I never realized that I'd have so much fun tweeting. It's become the deleted scenes for my DVD of columns and podcasts.
