We played bad. But that was in large part due to them. They would be a team that could challenge for it all tonight. They'd be tough for anybody to deal with. Certainly they were way too much for us.

I've never thought of that -- 'Is he a quick turnaround guy?' But he certainly has become that. I knew he would be very successful wherever he went, but I didn't know he would take UTEP from six to 24 or A&M from zero to eight in league wins -- and do it overnight, which is what he has done.

The seniors set the tone early. They did a nice job and I told them afterwards they'll remember this one because they impacted the game as much as anyone on our team. They'll remember this game for a long, long time.

Brandon's got to be a playmaker for us. When you're shooting 60 percent from three, you need to be taking more than three a game. He should be taking eight a game and shooting 40 percent. That would help the team a lot more.
