bring counsel earnest friend friends-or-friendship joy perfume springs
Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel
dry plead springs therefore thus thy vengeance
Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and make her springs dry.
dry high land midst open pool rivers springs wilderness
I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
affliction although born cometh doth fly forth man neither sparks spring trouble unto
Although affliction cometh not forth of the dust, neither doth trouble spring out of the ground; / Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
cast god grow kingdom man night rise seed spring
And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; / And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.
forgiveness grace redemption riches
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace
adorn good manner modest professing themselves women
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; / But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
knowledge wisdom
In much wisdom is much grief; and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
against blood children egypt innocent shall shed violence
Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
bread drink eat heart merry thy wine
Eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart
eat fire head nor roast
Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
faces four hands likeness man
Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
black country forth horses north south toward white
The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country.
beasts cry devoured dried field fire hath rivers unto waters
The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.
