brought chains heard land nations taken unto
The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.
bring glory honour nations shall
And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
bodies days dead nations people shall suffer three
And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
burning cast cried fall fiery golden hath hear hour image kinds king midst nations shall sound time worship
Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, / That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up: / And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.
babylon drink followed great nations wine wrath
And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
father nations seek
For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
almighty mouth nations rod rule shall sharp wrath
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
broken nations potter power received rod rule shall unto works
And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: / And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
den house nations saying shall unto
And he taught, saying unto them, 'Is it not written, 'My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer?' But ye have made it a den of thieves.' (Mark 11:17)
forgiveness grace redemption riches
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace
adorn good manner modest professing themselves women
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; / But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
knowledge wisdom
In much wisdom is much grief; and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
against blood children egypt innocent shall shed violence
Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
bread drink eat heart merry thy wine
Eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart
