eyes man poor rich sees wise
A rich man may be wise in his own eyes, but a poor man who has discernment sees through him
arm clean dried eye idol shall shepherd sword utterly woe
Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
eyes high stand wild wind
And the wild asses did stand in the high places, they snuffed up the wind like dragons; their eyes did fail, because there was no grass.
eyes hand shall sticks thine thou
And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
ancient began begin both eye man men mine near neither others utterly whom
And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: / Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. afar dust eyes heads knew lifted rent toward
And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.
desired eyes fruit gave good husband pleasant saw took tree unto woman
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
earn eyes living reputation
Earn a reputation for living well in God's eyes and the eyes of the people.
evil eye few last lawful mine shall thine
Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good? / So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
eyes failed nation save vain watched watching
As for us, our eyes as yet failed for our vain help: in our watching we have watched for a nation that could not save us.
ears eyes prayer thine unto
Now, my God, let, I beseech thee, thine eyes be open, and let thine ears be attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. (2 Chronicles 6:40)
ears eyes mine prayer shall unto
Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. (2 Chronicles 7:15)
eye offend pluck thine
If thine eye offend thee, pluck it out.
eye friends-or-friendship mine scorn tears unto
My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.
