He's been playing well for us, carrying us throughout the whole game. Guys are inspired by that, want to sacrifice themselves to get him shots and help out and play at the level that he's playing at.
He was carrying us throughout the whole game. Guys should be inspired by that and want to sacrifice themselves. We can help out by playing at the level he's playing at. We haven't been able to get production from people that we used to get it from and people that we need. I ain't calling nobody out. Myself included.
He was hot and has been hot for a while. It is good for us that he is playing at the level he is playing at and he keeps us in a lot of ballgames.
We just played in spurts. You can't play in spurts on the road and expect to win.
We had the game and we let it slip away. We were in control of the game pretty much with a minute to go. From that point on, we've got to manufacture points and make plays and get stops, but we didn't.
I used to always brick, ... I used to always do like UCLA or Indiana late game, on the road, and I'll always miss.
Breakfast would be, like, egg whites with tomatoes, turkey sausage and feta cheese. Then for lunch I'd have salmon and spinach or something like that.
Bring it on, ... With the talent that we have, I definitely see that burden being lifted.
Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. As long as we win.
Everybody hits a wall. We hit our wall and now it's time for us to start bouncing back and to play better basketball. It was a great win for us, a much-needed win for us.
There's going to be some nights where he's going to score big for us and there's going to be some nights where he won't. His defense and his ability to be out there and to make plays without having the ball is going to be really helpful in the long run.
We finally started to move the ball and we found a way to exploit them at the offensive end, but in the fourth quarter, we got away from it.
That's the type of energy we need. It's good to see guys getting an opportunity.... Last year when I came (to the Warriors via a Feb. 24 trade), our bench was so critical. The energy they brought was fun and exciting. That's what we were missing.
We came out like gangbusters, ... It's going to be exciting. You can see it.
