They are going to have to find immediate work, immediate housing, immediately get their kids into school and that probably will change the demographics of the region.
What people want to know is who has a set of concrete plans to help them send their kids to college, or save for retirement.
Fixing a broken immigration system. Protecting our kids from gun violence. Equal pay for equal work, paid leave, raising the minimum wage. All these things still matter to hardworking families; they are still the right thing to do; and I will not let up until they get done.
If we choose to keep those tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires, if we choose to keep a tax break for corporate jet owners, if we choose to keep tax breaks for oil and gas companies that are making hundreds of billions of dollars, then that means we've got to cut some kids off from getting a college scholarship.

What I value most about Pastor Wright is not his day-to-day political advice.
