I . . . like being successful. I somehow always knew that I would succeed. I had a great sense of destiny from the time I was very young.
affected both cost dependence election line lines pleased rail recognize shipping sunday twice union unique
We're very pleased to see both the shipping lines and the union recognize Alaska's unique dependence on shipping, ... Everything from the Sunday funnies to election pamphlets were affected by this lockout. There is no rail line and only one highway, and it would cost about twice as much and take considerably longer.
everybody learn remind sports talent win
You've got to win in sports -- that's talent -- but you've also got to learn how to remind everybody how you did win, and how often. That comes with experience.

corners playing sit street
I would sit on the street corners in my hometown of Indianola, Mississippi, and I would play. And, generally, I would start playing gospel songs.

asked electric heard marry played walker

If there was no ladies, I wouldn't wanna be on the planet. Ladies, friends, and music - without those three, I wouldn't wanna be here.
anyone few hearing might people wished work
I never wanted to be like other blues singers. I might like hearing them play, but I've never wanted to be anyone other than myself. There are a few people that I've wished I could play like, but when I tried, it didn't work.
