This is definitely uncharted territory for me. But it has been so much fun. I was very steady today and very confident in what I could do. This week feels very much the same as the week at last year's Mid-Amateur. I'm confident in everything I'm doing.

I just played pretty steady. This golf course is a difficult golf course so if you just hit fairways and greens and make a few putts here and there, you're going to win a bunch of holes. And I think that's the strength of my game -- keeping the ball in front of me.
