I felt that I am not yet ready and that I would not post a good time. It is frustrating to not be able to run. Because I knew after my performance in Athens that I could have pushed the world record in this season even further.

We will win (the final) anyway because today we got lane one and that was real hard and tomorrow we will get a better lane for sure, lane three and that will boost up our team more and we'll be fine.
I did not really expect to run from behind. But I have the confidence in myself and I knew I could do it. So I just went out there and pushed it a little.
I am almost 30 so I am approaching this one as if it will be my last Olympic Games. I want to put out 110 percent to make sure that I am up at the top.
I am quite confident in my ability. I'm sure I would have run real fast. I never doubt myself, so it would have been a good race out there.
I'm a little bit anxious, it's my first real competition since the injury. I still have a little fear ? but it's only a mind thing.
Over the years I have been kind of lazy, thinking my talent alone can do it.
Everyone is looking for me to bring a gold back home, and a lot of people in other places are expecting me to win.
From Day 1 I wasnt planning to run until I am very old.
I said to myself, if I was in the race, I know I would have won.
I just want to give my best in London, I want to cross that line and see a personal best on the clock then I will see what position I am in.
I want to be the king of sprints because I think I am.
I know, I'm like a kid. Maybe I was a bit too spoilt growing up. Everything just came like I wanted it to.
