We got New Jersey one step closer to catching us as the second seed. We have to finish up these last eight games on a strong note.
We feel like we can play better. We felt like the first game they hit us with a real good shot. We don't think we've hit them with a good shot, where we've dominated for 48 minutes.
We haven't played very well against the top teams in the league, and everybody believes they know what's going to happen to us come April. Sunday is a big game for our confidence - to get a win against a quality team.
We've got to focus in. We've got to take more of a playoff mentality for these last five games and not mess up our season.
He just said he was stiff and he was tight, but you knew it was hurting him because he only got to the free-throw line once. He had his mid-range game working tonight.
All they did was hold serve at home. That's what they are supposed to do. Tuesday night will be the biggest game of the series. We are a talented team and it's time to step up.
We gotta concentrate more. When we've got a team down, we've gotta step on them.
I've been around for a long time and gone back so often that it's not a big deal. I'll get to see my kids and family, but probably not (tonight).
We had to play without our best player on the floor and it's cost us. He's the guy we depend on to make a lot of plays for us. He clogs up the middle and he can also get guys shots and that's the reason we shoot such a high percentage throughout the season -- because we can get him the ball when we need to.
I was brought to this team to take on different roles and do whatever I needed to do to help win a championship. I understood that.
We've got to get the ball right to Shaq and make sure he gets going early.
I don't know what it is. We're going to have to start coming out early or warm up harder or something.
I am excited. Our preparation begins tomorrow. When I was with Boston, we were just trying to get in the playoffs. Our goal here is to win a championship.
We want to even this thing up 2-2. It's more or less psychological for people that don't believe that we can beat them in a seven-game series.
