broke came couple found game good playing second shots stuck turned
Fernando came out playing lights-out in the first couple of sets, and I just stuck around and found a way. It was that one game when I broke in the second set. I made a couple good shots and it turned into a riot.
bad game played tried upset
I wasn't upset because I didn't think I played a bad game, ... I just tried to refocus.
draw easily either extended four game good lucky sets
I don't think it was a good draw for either of us, ... Fortunately I got a little lucky there. I could easily have been extended to four sets and it's anybody's game then.
allow believe best body brain figure game interests needs people solution surgeon takes time
I don't think it takes a brain surgeon to figure out why a lot of people are getting hurt. I believe it's in the best interests of the game for them to come up with an off-season to give us time to recover. You can't play if your body won't allow you. A solution needs to be found.
bit break felt game good played returns
I felt like I had a little bit of a momentum, and then he played a pretty good game to break me. He put a lot of returns in off my first serve.
aspect ball felt game good hitting success
I felt comfortable with every aspect of my game out there. I was hitting the ball pretty good and getting a lot of success with the slice.
almost court follow four games glad good high percentage pressure return returns serve service
It was good 'cause I wanted to return well. I feel like after the first four games of the match, I really started doing that. I put a high percentage of returns in the court and put pressure on him almost every service game. And if I can do that, it will make my serve look that much better to the other guys. I'm glad I was able to follow through on our game plan.
four games good return
It was good because I wanted to return well. I feel like after the first four games of the match, I really started doing that.
add against factors game
It would add to the drama, ... I just don't see a lot of factors against it. It could really add to the game and take out the human-error aspect, which is out there.
game good win
It's a good thing if your game is in and out and you win one and four,
games suits grass
I like grass, I enjoy it and it suits my game.
thinking games needs
I think I have a lot of room for improvement. My serve is okay, but I need to work on a lot of things: return, transition game, backhand.
games giving return
If I can break one out of every three return games, I'm going to give myself a shot in a lot of matches.
comfort game goal heavy hit level played schedule stuff work
There's always stuff to work on. Obviously, the whole goal is to play well at the Open, ... You kind of try to find your game and find your comfort level and really try to hit your stride. I've always played a pretty heavy schedule in the summer.
