We tried to make him shoot the jumper in the first half and we brought help on him (in the second half). He started to find teammates, and that's the sign of a great player. He didn't try to come out and get 50. He came out and nearly got a triple-double. The smart players know how to do that.
We just need to know what it feels like to win a playoff game. Even if we don't win this series, as a young team to build for next year it's just good to get a playoff win.
We win this game, everything changes. That's the story of our season. We make things very hard on ourselves.
It would be nice to own a team in Melbourne, seeing I'm from here, but whether it's Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns, it doesn't matter. I think they're all good markets.
I've never had a buzzer-beating game-winner, but to do it in the NBA against the world champions is a great feeling. The guy I've always looked up to is Tim Duncan . So, to do this against his team is a great feeling for me.
To be honest it is going to be hard for him. Teams are going to sit on him and make him pass the ball. Teams know they cannot allow Michael to score 30 or 40 because it keeps us in games. So they are going to make him pass the ball. At the same time we need more from other players.
There's no way we're going to lose Game 3 and come back and win this thing. There's not going to be any fairy tales. We need to get Game 3.
We're definitely positive. To win a few games obviously would be nice. We'd like to win the series, but being realistic, they're the No. 1 seed. We're just going to try to take a game or two, and on any day, you never know what can happen.
That's the sort of thing that I have spoken to him about as a friend - I've told him you've got to bulk up,
That's the NBA life for you. You've got no excuses not to be ready - get the smell off your body, ice on your knees and get back into it.
I think I have a lot of room for improvement. I just got to keep striving to work hard everyday and I think good things will happen. As long as we get the win it doesn't matter what I did.
We'd rather get five and get Cleveland, but it's going to be a tough game.
We get down by 15 and we come back, but we exert so much energy and then we get down again. It's never-ending. It's been like that all season.
We had our backs against the wall. We showed great character. If we hadn't worked so hard in practice we would have lost that one by 30,
