agreed fit passion super vision win
You have to win and you have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl. That's our passion here. I just didn't feel the fit was right, and I think he agreed with me.
denigrate intent passion super vision win
It's not my intent to denigrate what he has done. But the big thing is we didn't win. You have to win, and you have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl. That's our passion here.
football passion winning
I saw greatness in John and he lived up to it. I also saw a tremendous competitor who loved to win. John is a standard bearer, someone that players, coaches, fans and the Raider Nation can all look up to. One of his great virtues, the fire that burned brightest in him, was his love and passion for football, which was seldom ever equaled.
passion winning player
We want to win. The Raider fans deserve it. The Raider players deserve it, even my organization deserves it. You have to win and you have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl. That's our passion here.
adequately game kerry pass protection running
Kerry did adequately well ... He had no running game and our pass protection slipped.
adequately depend factors game kerry maybe pass press protection reasonably running seen talk
I would think that would depend on who we talk to, what is available. I think Kerry did adequately well considering other factors maybe not seen by the press or fans. I think he did reasonably well. We had no running game and our pass protection slipped.

Of the three Super Bowls that we won, he was the starting left end. I've had so many great players, but Jerry ranks among the great players.

Bill was a great friend, a brilliant performer and an exceptional man. I say this with great admiration and love that Bill becomes one of the people that I give the cloak of immortality. Time never stops for the great ones.

I wanted it, and we had to have it. We do have the greatest game in the world, and we got what we wanted.

At the end, he got his break with the networks, and he's done great with that.
ball bright call gold offensive players power run standards year
We must run the ball better. It's unbelievable. I thought one of our standards of gold this year would be our offensive line. We have some bright young players there. And we never did get the toughness, or what I would call the power running, that I thought we were going to get.
call football gonna gotta people run understand zone
We've gotta run that football better, we've gotta run it tougher, and people have to understand that they're gonna get knocked. Not what we call zone blocking.
accept fear interest mike ready
Mike has always been of interest because he is dynamic, he is not afraid. But there is a fear right there of the physical. I don't know if we are ready to accept that.
against executing kids learn patience strong
We haven't been executing well against strong defenses. The kids have to learn to have more patience. We have to learn more patience and let things develop.
