Dr. King stood for all people. He said it's not a black and white issue, it's all encompassing. Until all civil rights are met, we're not going to progress as a country.

He felt comfortable in so many different situations. He had the respect of world leaders and the common man.

Look at what he was able to do in a time of crisis. The black population was only about 10 percent, but he was able to put in front the agenda of a minority and the needs of those 10 percent and how it limited a country that's supposed to be the cradle of democracy.
believe dream fulfilled means met realize saying work
By no means am I saying his dream is fulfilled entirely. I don't believe it's been met fully, but we have made progress. And from that standpoint, we realize we still have some work to do.
