I've said all year, and I don't think people really believed me, but we have other guys on this team that can play. This is a perfect example of when I'm having a bad night that everyone else can pick me up ... I just missed some shots I normally make, but you have to give them credit. They held me down.

We have a saying at Gonzaga, 'Just keep sawing wood,' and that's what we kept doing. We just kept sticking to what we do. We really didn't make too many adjustments; we just kept trying to climb (back) in.

The only time we felt he might leave was when the Washington job opened and he obviously didn't take it. I don't think there's any job out there that's better than his situation at Gonzaga. He signed a 10-year contract. He just built a house. There are always rumors, but I don't think he's going anywhere.

He does what he always does, try to frustrate you. But like I said before, I've never lost against him and I think he had six points and he's going to measure me on that status and I'm going to measure him on that status. He guards pretty good.

You know, if we would have lost, I don't think I would have been the one complaining about what people said. It's a very emotional game. You guys have got to be dumb if you don't think they were talking trash when they were up nine with nine minutes to go.

Yeah. If you look at what we've done the last seven or eight years...I think our program's got to be considered one of the top in the country, you know, top 15 or top 10.
