He's going to throw a lot of strikes, and you know they'll usually put the ball in play. It's fun to play behind a guy that works quick like that.

He was around every day. You hear all this stuff about him, but he's one of the best people I've ever met. If you're fortunate to be in his inner circle, it's great because you learn a lot about him.

He has his confidence back and it showed tonight.

He used to come into the weight room with about 35 of his people and work out. We talked about the football team and how I was doing and if I still live in the (Houston) area where I lived. It was small talk.

goes understand
I didn't understand what I was doing. I just think it was one of those things that everyone goes through.

depth gets glad looks perception playing stadiums thrown
I'm not making excuses, but I'm glad to be out of that place. It's big. Your depth perception gets thrown off. You're not used to playing in closed-in stadiums anymore. It looks like the ball's going 60 mph, then it's right on you. It's weird.
glad hanging head obviously spring worked
I obviously didn't want to go to arbitration, didn't want to have something like arbitration hanging over my head for the spring and the year. I'm glad everything worked out.
