I've never been in a position like this before, and I thank God for this opportunity, because it's been a blessing and I hope to continue for it to be like that,

Right now it's kind of tight but hopefully I can get it loosened up a little bit and probably be able to play. After I cooled down a little bit and they put ice on it I was able to start walking around, so it's getting a little better.

I'll tell you, man, he's been in the league five years and no one knows how to get him out. That's the type of guy he is. Anything you throw, he hits. I hope somebody can figure it out.

I'm not going to hit the ball out of the ballpark, so we just try to do the little things - put the ball in play, get the guy over and let the big guys drive us in, ... You're going to go through some funks and hopefully when you get out of those funks it comes at the right time.

The thing about that is, I don't want the ball to hit him. If the throw wasn't going to beat him, I didn't want to allow the ball to ricochet off him and get away and score a run. I was trying to prevent that.

The thing is, you're here for one purpose: winning. It's not about you, it's about the team. Whenever they ask you to do something, you do it for the best. You have to do whatever it takes.

I still pinch myself sometimes, ... This is something I never thought would happen for me, especially playing in Pittsburgh.

Much, much better, ... Best it's felt. I did everything in fast motion, as fast as I could, just to see how it felt. I wanted to put it in every situation to make sure it would be ready. I think that it is.

To have this experience with this team, words can't explain the way I feel right now.
couple spots tight work
It's two times better than yesterday. It's still tight in a couple of spots but I really did a lot of work out there and it's no worse.
overdo pressure sit whatever
Eventually, it's going to happen, so you don't want to go out there and pressure yourself to overdo things to make it happen. We just have to sit tight, go out there and play, so whatever happens, happens.
bottom good home reward
It's a reward, but it's also a reward to feel good about yourself. When you do well, you go home and feel good about yourself. That's the bottom line.
